The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for intranasal delivery comprising anticancer agent-loaded nanoparticles to treat brain diseases. More specifically, according to the present invention, nanoparticles containing an anticancer agent are administered to the nasal cavity to transmit the anticancer agent only to the brain cells, thereby enhancing the therapeutic effect of brain tumor and reducing the cytotoxicity of normal cells by an organic solvent used for conventional anticancer agent delivery.본 발명은 항암제 함유 나노입자를 포함하는 뇌질환 치료를 위한 비강 투여용 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 항암제를 함유하는 나노입자를 비강 투여하여 뇌세포에만 항암제가 전달되도록 하여 뇌종양 치료적 효과를 높이고, 기존의 항암제 전달에 사용된 유기용매에 의한 정상세포의 세포독성을 줄이는 효과를 제공한다.
