A micellar preparation containing an antineoplastic agent, the preparation showing a sustained release capacity of the drug, and allowing an extension of the retention period of the antineoplastic agent in the abdominal cavity, comprising: a copolymer having a hydrophilic polymer fraction and a fraction of a derivative of a polycarboxylic acid represented by the formula (1): ** Formula ** in which n is an integer between 100 and 300, x and is an integer of 1 or more, z is an integer of 1 or more, (x + y + z) is an integer between 10 and 80, the proportion between xy (x + y + z) is between 0 and 90%, the proportion between yy {x + y + z) is between 0 and 90%, the proportion between zy (x + and + z) is between 1 and 80%, and R is a combination of one or more groups selected from hydroxy, 4- phenyl-1-butoxy and isopropylaminocarbonyl-isopropylamino, with the proviso that the ratio between the gr upo hydroxy y (x + y + z) is between 0 and 10%, the proportion between the 4-phenyl-1-butoxy group and (x + y + z) is between 10 and 90%, and the proportion between the isopropylaminocarbonyl-isopropylamino group and (x + y + z) is between 5 and 30%, and an antineoplastic agent bound to, or encapsulated in, the copolymer; or a polymeric drug derived from camptothecins, represented by formula (2): ** Formula ** in which t is an integer between 100 and 300, (d + e + f) is an integer between 6 and 60 , the proportion between dy (d + e + f) is between 0 and 60%, the proportion between ey (d + e + f) is between 0 and 60%, the proportion between fy (d + e + f) is between 1 and 100%, and R is an isopropylaminocarbonyl-isopropylamino group; for use in the prevention and treatment of a disseminated peritoneal metastasis, or in the treatment of cancers that appear in an organ present in the abdominal cavity, stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreas cancer, liver cancer, gallbladder cancer biliary, ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, kidney cancer, ureteral cancer or peritoneal cancer, by
