A juicer capable of extracting juice from vegetables and fruits or extracting soy milk from beans comprises a base, a drive mechanism (400), a juicing member and a cover (100). The drive mechanism (400) is fixed in an inner cavity of the base. The juicing member is located above the base and is connected to and driven by the drive mechanism (400). The cover (100) is located above the juicing member. The cover (100) and the juicing member enclose and form a juice making cavity, and the cover (100) is provided with a food material channel in communication with the juice making cavity. The juicing member comprises a juicing head (200) capable of extracting juice in the manner of low speed rotation and pressing and a shell (300). The shell (300) is provided with a residue outlet (360) and a juice outlet (380) that communicate with the juice making cavity.
