The present invention relates to a nanoemulsion eye drop composition and a method of manufacturing the same, by increasing the solubility of the active ingredient cyclosporin and improving the stability of the eye drop composition by mixing cyclosporine, non-aqueous solvent, emulsifier, and aqueous solvent. The nanoemulsion ophthalmic composition according to the present invention has an average particle size of 200 nm or less, preferably 100 nm or less, and has a very narrow particle distribution. Therefore, it is possible to use it for eye drop because it is possible to remove bacteria, improve stability and clinically improve the effect of improving the feeling of foreign body and blurred vision.본 발명은 사이클로스포린, 비수성용제, 유화제, 수성용제를 혼합함으로써 유효성분인 사이클로스포린의 용해도를 증가시키고 점안 조성물의 안정성을 개선시킨 나노에멀젼 점안조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 나노에멀젼 점안조성물은 평균 입자 크기가 200nm 이하 바람직하게는 100nm 이하이며, 입자 분포가 매우 좁은 특징이 있다. 따라서, 제균여과가 가능하고 안정성이 개선되며 임상적으로 이물감 및 시야흐림 개선효과가 우수하므로 안구 점안용으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
