Catheterization is performed above the site of the portal vein ligation by a catheter made of polyurethane or fluoroethylene propylene 24G with its fixation by 3-0 vicryl strand on the vessel and to the anterior abdominal wall. Liquid colored by diamond green is hydro-pressed with a device with a manometer. Выполняют перевязку викриловой нитью 3-0 воротной вены и печеночной артерии на уровне слияния селезеночной и брыжеечных вен, перевязку нижней полой вены ниже диафрагмы между почечной и печеночными венами, а также перевязку полой вены над диафрагмой после вскрытия грудной полости.
