Provided is a stent for abdominal cavity-vein shunt which enables excess ascites accumulated in the abdominal cavity to be reliably transported to a vein, and can also lighten the burden on a patient when said stent is made indwelling and after said stent has been made indwelling. A stent (10) for abdominal cavity-vein shunt is used to transport ascites accumulated in the abdominal cavity of a patient to the vascular system. The stent (10) for abdominal cavity-vein shunt comprises: a stent body (30) which is a long tube running through the hepatic parenchyma (3b), with one end disposed in the intrahepatic vein (3a) and the other end disposed inside the abdominal cavity (1) and a one-way valve (50) provided inside the body (30), which opens the differential pressure obtained by the pressure in the intrahepatic vein (3a) from the pressure the abdominal cavity (1) is at or abode a predetermined value so that ascites flow out to the intrahepatic vein (3a), and closes the abovementioned differential pressure is less the predetermined value.
