PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive member that has never existed before, capable of effectively getting an object such as a mask or glasses that makes direct contact with a skin to be effectively worn as necessary, with excellent adhesiveness when worn, with no discomfort in use feeling, and capable of maintaining cushioning properties, and to provide a method of using the adhesive member in a mask or glasses the method having never existed before.SOLUTION: A adhesive material is formed into a belt-like shape and one type of release member selected from release paper, a release film and a release sheet is disposed on both sides thereof. The adhesive material and the release material can be cut-off. The adhesive material is composed of acrylic hydrophilic polymer, glycerine and water, as constituent materials.【課題】 マスクをはじめ、眼鏡等、直に皮膚に接触させる物を必要時に有効に装着し、その装着時の密着性が良く使用感も違和感がなく、緩衝性も保持させることができる接着部材は存在していなかったという点であり、その接着部材をマスクや眼鏡に使用することも存在していなかったという点である。【解決手段】 粘着材を帯状に成形し、その両面に剥離紙または剥離フィルムあるいは剥離シートのうち１つの剥離材を備えていることとし、前記した粘着材及び剥離材は切断可能としてあることとし、前記した粘着材はアクリル系親水性高分子、グリセリン及び水を材料として構成されていることとする。【選択図】 図３
