PURPOSE: One hand driving wheelchair is provided to rotate first and second shafts in the same direction while driving forward and backward, thereby realizing auto-driving with a hand. CONSTITUTION: One hand driving wheelchair comprises: a pair of frames (10) positioned at the right and left sides of the user, supporting the seat； first and second shafts (22, 24) installed under the seat across the pair of frames, and positioned on the same shaft； a differential gear (30) comprised to rotate the first and second shafts at the same speed or at a different speed； a pair of wheels (40) positioned outside of the frame； a driving handle installed to be rotated on one of the frames； and a power transmission device (60) delivering the rotary power of the driving handle to the differential gear.수동으로 구동이 가능하면서 구동부의 좌우변경 및 제자리 회전 등이 가능하도록, 좌석을 지지하며 좌석에 착석한 사용자의 좌우에 위치하는 한쌍의 프레임과, 한쌍의 프레임을 가로질러 좌석의 아래쪽에 설치되고 동일 축선상에 위치하는 제1축 및 제2축과, 제1축과 제2축의 서로 마주보며 위치하는 양쪽 끝부분이 연결되고 제1축과 제2축을 동일한 속도로 회전시키거나 서로 다른 속도로 회전시키도록 구성되는 차동기어와, 제1축 및 제2축의 상기 차동기어와 연결된 반대쪽 끝부분에 설치되고 프레임의 바깥쪽에 위치하는 한쌍의 바퀴와, 한쌍의 프레임 중의 어느 하나에 회전가능하게 설치되는 구동핸들과, 구동핸들의 회전력을 상기 차동기어에 전달하는 동력전달장치를 포함하는 한손 구동 휠체어를 제공한다.
