PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coagulated albumen small piece-containing food presenting a gorgeous external appearance like scattering crab meat, in spite of using coagulated albumen small pieces, and allowing a person with chewing and swallowing difficulty to easily ingest, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A method for producing a coagulated albumen small piece-containing food includes a step of preparing a solid-containing liquid containing a liquid part, and a solid remaining on a sieve with an opening of 1 mm, adding an albumen diluted solution to the solid-containing liquid, and preparing coagulated albumen small pieces with a longest diameter of 0.1 cm or more.
