PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter capable of selecting a state of turning a planting claw to the upper stopping position when cutting the power transmission to the planting claw or a state of not turning the planting claw from a position at the time when cutting the power transmission to the planting claw. SOLUTION: The rice transplanter 100 has a travelling part 10, a planting part 50 having a planting claw 56, a planting clutch 170, and a transmission clutch 140. The planting clutch 170 is configured to transmit power to the planting claw 56 when connecting and cut when cutting off, and also configured to transmit the power to the planting claw 56 so that the planting claw 56 moves to its standard position during the start to the end of cutting off operation when changed from the connecting state to the cutting off state.
