In the present invention, a method for producing a porous particle is characterized by including: (1) a step of preparing a solution of an amphiphilic substance by dissolving an amphiphilic substance in a mixed solvent able to be freeze-dried； (2) a step of producing a precipitate containing the amphiphilic substance by cooling the solution obtained in step (1) to a temperature that is not higher than the phase separation temperature of the solution, and then holding the solution at this temperature； and (3) a step of producing a porous particle by freeze-drying the solution that contains the precipitate obtained in step (2).La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une particule poreuse, ledit procédé étant caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes : (1) la préparation d'une solution d'une substance amphiphile par dissolution d'une substance amphiphile dans un solvant mixte pouvant être lyophilisé ； (2) l'obtention d'un précipité contenant la substance amphiphile par refroidissement de la solution obtenue dans l'étape (1) à une température qui n'est pas supérieure à la température de séparation de phase de la solution, puis le maintien de la solution à cette température ； (3) l'obtention d'une particule poreuse par lyophilisation de la solution qui contient le précipité obtenu dans l'étape (2).（１）両親媒性物質を、凍結乾燥可能な混合溶媒に溶解させて、両親媒性物質の溶液を調製する工程と、（２）工程（１）で得られた溶液を該溶液の相分離温度以下の温度に冷却してから、該温度で保持して、該両親媒性物質を含む沈殿物を生成する工程と、（３）工程（２）で得られた沈殿物を含む溶液を凍結乾燥して、多孔性粒子を製造する工程、とを有することを特徴とする多孔性粒子の製造方法。
