The mechanical switch includes an operation unit, and switches between an energization state in which power is supplied from the battery to the sensor and a cutoff state in which the power supply is interrupted, when the operation unit is operated. The holding member includes a protective portion covering the operation unit, and is mounted in the oral cavity to hold all of the sensor, the battery and the mechanical switch while sealing them.
