SOLUTION: The unfermented malt beverage is decreased and softened in acidity by a pH adjuster, and has beer flavor. The beverage includes: wort the pH adjuster and nucleic acid-based seasoning component. The acidity of the pH adjuster is decreased and softened by the nucleic acid-based seasoning component. The method for producing the beverage is also provided.
