By adding the emulsion composition and the powder composition to food and drink or perfumery, an aroma full of natural feeling can be imparted thereto. Further, especially when added to food and drink, the emulsion composition and the powder composition impart or enhance deliciousness, and enhance saltiness and sweetness.
