The present invention relates to a perm performing method capable of minimizing hair damage by using an alkaline perm agent, and a reduction perm agent excluding a surfactant. The reduction perm agent comprises: 5-8 wt% of cysteamine HCl； 3-5 wt% of avocado oil； 3-5 wt% of cacao powder； 3-5 wt% of sesame oil； 3-5 wt% of cactus fruit powder； 3-5 wt% of cypress powder； 3-5 wt% of turmeric powder； 3-5 wt% of corn starch； 3-5 wt% of sweet potato starch； 3-5 wt% of glutinous rice flour； 3-5 wt% of an aloe vera； 3-5 wt% of rice bran oil； 3-5 wt% of canola oil； 3-5 wt% of safflower oil； and the remaining of water.
