The substrate ampoule (200) comprises a drinking tube (210) with a distal drinking nipple (211), where the drinking tube (210) is disposed axially displaceable in relation to the ampoule (200) between an inner position where liquid cannot flow from the liquid reservoir (120, 140) to the interior of the drinking tube (210), and an outer position where liquid can flow from the liquid reservoir (120, 140) to the interior of the drinking tube (210). The drinking bottle (100) makes t possible to bring along several substrate ampoules (200) with various contents that can be mixed with liquid from the liquid reservoir (120, 140). The bottle can also provide doses of liquid. As the drinking tube (210) is part of the ampoule (200), problems with cleaning a drinking tube with a drinking valve are avoided.
