PURPOSE: A method of preparing the titled meat and milk is provided by fermenting Rhus verniciflua sawdust and feeding the fermented Rhus verniciflua feed to livestock. Whereby, the product has increased anticancer effects. CONSTITUTION: Rhus verniciflua is sawed to make sawdust, added with moisture to give a moisture content of 40 to 50% and then fermented at room temperature for 7 to 10 days to produce feed added with Rhus verniciflua. Thus the obtained feed is fed to a domestic animal with a suitable mixing ratio and a different feed amount according to the animal.
