A patient-customized mentum surgical guide, a bone excision guide, a manufacturing method therefor, a recording medium, and a manufacturing apparatus therefor are disclosed. A method for manufacturing a mentum surgical guide, according to an embodiment of the present invention, is a method for manufacturing a mentum surgical guide which cuts a mentum at an appropriate position and which fixes the mentum to a correct position when a genioplasty surgery for cutting off or moving a mentum of a mandible is performed, and comprises: a) an image file generation step of generating a cranial three-dimensional image file of a target patient； b) a surgery simulation step of using the cranial three-dimensional image file so as to perform a surgery simulation for virtually cutting and excising a mentum part corresponding to a surgical part or moving the cut mentum part to a desired position； c) a mentum surgical guide shape generation step of generating the shape of a mentum surgical guide including a mentum clamping part and a fixing wafer after the surgery simulation； and d) a mentum surgical guide manufacturing step of manufacturing the mentum surgical guide by using data of the generated shape of the mentum surgical guide.L'invention concerne un guide chirurgical pour menton personnalisé pour le patient, un guide d'excision osseuse, un procédé de fabrication associé, un support d'enregistrement et un appareil de fabrication associé.
