[Problem] To provide a sheath member, a manipulator, and a manipulator system which allow a plurality of three or more tubular members to be held accurately and allow length differences of paths among the tubular members to be reduced. [Solution] A sheath member 6 includes: at least three flexible tubular members 6a, 6b, 6c each being capable of having a linear member inserted therethrough a first holding portion 61 that holds one of the ends of the tubular members 6a, 6b, 6c and a second holding portion 62 that holds the other of the ends of the tubular members 6a, 6b, 6c.
