The present invention relates to a method to rapidly and sensitively detect erection inducers such as sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil. The method comprises the steps of: extracting erection inducer components such as sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil from pharmaceutical formulations including erection inducer components such as sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil using ultrasonic waves and an organic solvent; centrifuging and refining the extracted components obtained in the extracting step using an ultrahigh-speed centrifuging device; separating the refined extract using a high temperature gas phase chromatograph analyzer including a capillary separation pipe; and measuring component contents of the compound separated by a high temperature gas phase chromatography means using a mass spectrometer through an electron impact ionization process.
