The device has a body to receive directly, or in a container (A), a fluid product to be applied. Sliding elements e.g. hollow balls (F) capable of sliding in all directions are provided on a planar application surface i.e. skin of a user. The body is provided with an outlet orifice (29) for the fluid product, where the outlet orifice is arranged to allow a direct flow of the fluid product to the skin of the user. A retaining plate (G) retains the sliding elements in the body, where the plate includes permanent magnets to retain the sliding elements having a magnetic material.La présente invention concerne un dispositif applicateur de produits fluides.
