The endoscope comprises an operating channel (1), a primary endoscope (3) and a secondary endoscope (2). The operating channel (1) comprises a primary channel (11), a secondary channel (12) and a handle (13). The primary channel (11) and the secondary channel (12) are rigidly connected to the handle (13). Inlets of the primary channel (11) and the secondary channel (12) are disposed on the handle (13). The secondary endoscope (2) is disposed in the secondary channel (12). The secondary endoscope (2) is provided with a secondary cleaning channel (21) and a secondary optical channel (22) therein, and does not have an instrument channel therein. The primary endoscope (3) is disposed in the primary channel (11). The primary endoscope (3) is provided with a primary cleaning channel (31), a primary optical channel (32) and a primary instrument channel (33) therein.
