A method of spraying liquid in the eye includes: placement of a device for liquid spraying, which contains a sensor and an automated sprayer proximally to the eye； levelling the eye with through an opening or a tubular cut, made in the device for liquid spraying with ensuring a possibility for the user to see through the opening, with the said levelling providing a possibility for the sensor to detect blinking, and for the automated sprayer providing a possibility of spraying liquid in the eye； radiation of a light beam in the eye； determination of light reflected from the eye to detect blinking； and liquid spraying using the automated sprayer for spraying liquid in the eye on the basis of blinking detection. The device for spraying liquid in the eye by means of the automated sprayer basing on blinking detection is described.
