PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drivers condition determination device capable of determining with high accuracy whether a driver is recognizing dangers.SOLUTION: A drivers condition determination device 10 comprises: a cardiotachometer 2 for measuring heart rate of a vehicle driver an eyeblink detector 3 for detecting the drivers eyeblink and an ECU 4. The ECU 4 includes: a heart rates continuous rise detection part 6 for detecting whether the drivers heart rate rises continuously on the basis of a measured value by the cardiotachometer 2 an eyeblink interval detection part 7 for detecting whether the drivers eyeblink intervals are longer than necessary on the basis of a detection result by the eyeblink detector 3 and a danger recognition determination part 8 for determining whether the driver is recognizing dangers on the basis of detection results by the heart rates continuous rise detection part 6 and the eyeblink interval detection part 7.
