PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged food product which can be preserved for a long term without damage to the flavor, the texture, and the hue of a processed food product, or without loss of freshness of a processed food product and a preservation method of a processed food product.SOLUTION: The packaged food product 10 includes a container 11 filled with a mixed gas, which is sealed with a film 12. More specifically, the packaged food product 10 is manufactured by a manufacturing apparatus 20. A processed food 13 is accommodated in the container 11 having a gas barrier properties.
