PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily know whether a pet exists indoor or outdoor.SOLUTION: A pet door opening notification system is attached to a pet door by which a pet freely goes in/out of a room, and comprises a wireless device 30 that transmits a wireless signal and a communication terminal 50 that receives the wireless signal. The wireless device 30 transmits a wireless signal including first identification information when detecting a door opening of the pet door.
