PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user such as an owner owning plural pets to check each pet which uses an article for pet.SOLUTION: A beacon device detects use of an article for pet by any of plural pets, detects a color of the pet which uses the article for pet, and generates color information. When detecting use of the article for pet by any of plural pets, the beacon device transmits a beacon signal containing beacon identification information and color information.
