PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an emulsified composition for hair by which an emulsion composition for hair can be obtained with good adhesion to the hair, giving gloss, smoothness, firmness, softness and the like to the hair, thereby improving the condition of the hair, excellent in antistatic effect of hair and having good emulsion stability.SOLUTION: The method for producing an emulsified composition for hair comprises a high-pressure emulsification step in which (A) an oil phase containing an oil component and (B) an aqueous phase containing an amphoteric surfactant and water are emulsified at a pressure of 0.5 MPa or more by a high pressure emulsifying device.SELECTED DRAWING: None
