Disclosed is an injection apparatus for pruning a flower from a fruit tree. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the injection apparatus for pruning a flower from a fruit tree comprises: a pneumatic pressure generation unit including a motor, a compression unit connected to the motor, and an inlet and an outlet formed in the compression unit； a water supply unit including a water supply pipe connected to the inlet of the pneumatic pressure generation unit to supply water and a water tank having the water supply pipe connected thereto； a water pressure control unit connected to a water discharge pipe which is connected to the outlet of the pneumatic pressure generation unit to discharge high pressure water, and intermittently performing opening/closing operation to repeat stop and direct injection of the high pressure water so as to amplify water pressure； a switch controlling on/off operation of the water pressure control unit； and an injection gun connected to the water pressure control unit to inject the high pressure water.
