PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fodder that can be given to cattle inexpensively and continuously, a fodder production apparatus, and a fodder production method.SOLUTION: There is provided fodder that is given to cattle, and a production apparatus 1a of the fodder comprises: a drier 7 which dries yuzu (Japanese citron lemon) being a fruit containing vitamin C into a dried product 8 only by temperature-controlled air and a kneader 10 which, when the dried product 8 is mixed into rice bran or wheat bran as a main material 8a and kneaded under decompressed pressure, sprays soybean-refined oil as fat 8b onto the kneaded product and impregnates it into the kneaded product, by which fodder that can be given to cattle inexpensively and continuously, a fodder production apparatus, and a fodder production method can be provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
