PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone nutritious liquid producing apparatus enabling easy acquisition of an ozone nutritious liquid of a desired concentration, and capable of avoiding ozone from scattering around.SOLUTION: This ozone nutritious liquid producing apparatus includes dissolving ozone in a nutritious liquid, in which fertilizer is dissolved to be used for hydroponics, to obtain an ozone nutritious liquid. The apparatus has an ozone generating means 2 which forms in the inside an oxygen circulating passage for circulating oxygen and generates ozone by applying voltage to a part opposite to the oxygen circulating passage to discharge electricity, an ozone dissolving tank 4 which can afford enough space for a prescribed amount of a nutritious liquid, and an ozone supplying passage L2 which extends from the ozone generating means 2 and is connected to the ozone dissolving tank 4, and can supply ozone generated by the ozone generating means 2 to the ozone dissolving tank 4.
