A stimulation therapy device (100) provides an electrical stimulation therapy to branches of the tibial nerve (112) of a patient. The device comprises a support member (150) configured to be worn around the ankle or foot of the patient, first and second pairs of electrodes (108, 110) attached to the support member, and a stimulation circuit (104) attached to the support member.
