PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article that enables recognition that an absorption structure is not sufficiently pulled up.SOLUTION: An underpants-type absorbent article 10 including a front barrel belt 18, a rear barrel belt 19, and a crotch panel 13 connected to between the front and rear barrel belts has at least one of a first visible area 51 which is arranged on the crotch panel, and where the lower end parts of at least one of the front and rear barrel belts are overlapped with each other, and a second visible area 52 which is arranged on at least one of the front and rear barrel belts and extends along the lower end part. The first and second visible areas are formed of one of colors, patterns, and a combination of colors and patterns. When compared with the front and rear barrel belts, the first visible area becomes different in at least one of colors, patterns, and a combination of colors and patterns. When compared with the crotch panel, the second visible area becomes different in at least one of colors, patterns, and a combination of colors and patterns.
