The present invention relates to a livestock tagging device. When marking livestock using existing livestock tagging devices, a history of livestock is marked by penetrating a lower end part of an ear of livestock such as cattle, sheep, swine, etc. But, when existing livestock tagging devices penetrate an ear of livestock, a part through which the tagging device penetrate is large and a wound part of livestock is large so bleeding frequently occurs and extra antibiotic treatments are performed. To this end, according to the present invention, to minimize a wound of livestock, only a propel needle unit is used to penetrate an ear of livestock regardless of the size of a tagging device so a wound thereof can be minimized.
