The bio-sensing apparatus comprises at least one light sensor, reflection light module, transmission light module and control module, wherein the bio-sensing apparatus can provide two different lights from the up and down side of the finger, and calculate the blood glucose information by sensing the spectrum to provide the more precision measurement of the blood glucose concentration.
