PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing electric reel having an operation member with excellent operability in an output adjustment of a drive motor.SOLUTION: The fishing electric reel has: a spool 7 wound with a fishing line a drive motor which is installed in a reel body and rotationally drives the spool 7 and an operation member 40 which is supported between left/right side plates 5A and 5B so that it can rotate in a cross direction and adjusts the output of the drive motor.
