The present invention provides a three-stage carrier for gamma ray irradiation treatment and a gamma ray irradiation treatment method using same, the three-stage carrier having a product loaded therein, being transferred to an irradiation chamber by means of a transferring means, and having the product treated by gamma ray irradiation by means of a plurality of gamma ray sources installed on a ray source rack, and the three-stage carrier having a center container, an upper container, and a lower container partitioned from each other by means of partitions, the center container being provided in the center part of the three-stage carrier, the upper container being formed on the upper side of the center container, and the lower container being formed on the lower side of the center container, wherein the height of the three-stage carrier is formed to be greater than the height of the ray source rack, and the center container is formed so as to have a height that is greater than the height of the upper container or the lower container. According to the present invention, by using the three-stage carrier in gamma ray irradiation treatment, a ray source overlap and a product overlap may be simultaneously or selectively applied, various types of products having different doses may be simultaneously treated, quality stability may be secured by means of uniform sterilization, and energy use efficiency may be enhanced, and further, productivity is enhanced through treatment process simplification and fast treatment, costs are cut since the frequency of purchasing a ray source may be reduced, and product damage and malfunctioning during the treatment process may be prevented.
