PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prosthetic hand that is light in weight, simple to be worn and enables gripping operation by a persons motor function.SOLUTION: A prosthetic hand is structured such that the flexural movement of a wrist is converted into rotation of a pulley and one end of a wire is fixed in the pulley and the other end thereof is fixed to a pipe corresponding to the digital bone, and is driven and swung by the wire about a swinging shaft corresponding to each joint prepared at the end part of the pipe. An index finger, a middle finger, a third finger and a little finger are fixed with a MP joint position as one rotating shaft to rotate the shaft, so that the fingers other than a thumb can operate integrally to allow efficient movement. Also, a middle phalanx is configured to bend most by further pulling the other end of the wire fixed in the middle phalanx, for reproducing the middle phalanx bending the most when gripped so as to move like natural movement of the hand. Furthermore, the fingers except the thumb are structured to be swingable in right and left in addition to bending.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 軽量で、装備が簡単でかつ、本人の持つ運動機能で握る動作を可能にする義手を提供する可能とする。【解決手段】 手首の屈曲動作をプーリーの回転に変換して、ワイヤーの一端をプーリーに、他端を指の骨に相当するパイプに固定し、パイプの端部に作った各関節に相当する揺動軸を中心に、ワイヤーで駆動して揺動させる構造とした。効率よく動かすために、親指以外は一体に動けるように、MP関節位置を一つの回転軸にして、人差し指、中指、薬指、小指を固定し、この軸を回転させる構造とした。また、自然な手の動きと同様に動くよう、握る時、中節骨が最も屈曲するのを再現するために、中節骨に固定したワイヤーの他端をさらに牽引することで、中節骨が最も屈曲するように構成した。さらに、親指以外の指が屈曲に加えて左右に揺動できる構造にした。【選択図】図1
