The invention discloses a method for producing plant seed containing endophytic micro-organisms characterised in by the following steps: -contacting a flowering plant with a preparation of endophytic microorganisms, whereby the endophytic microorganisms enter the plant via the flowers and are conveyed to seed produced by the plant； and - obtaining the plant seed containing endophytic microorganisms from the plant.La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de semences végétales contenant des microorganismes endophytes, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à mettre en contact une plante en cours de floraison avec une préparation à base de microorganismes endophytes, moyennant quoi les microorganismes endophytes pénètrent dans la plante par l'intermédiaire des fleurs et parviennent jusqu'aux semences produites par la plante； et à recueillir les semences végétales contenant des microorganismes endophytes produites par la plante.
