PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood vessel ablation device and a blood vessel ablation method excellent in workability of blood vessel harvesting.SOLUTION: A blood vessel ablation device 100P includes a guide part 200 inserted into a blood vessel including a reinforcement part 220P that expands or contracts the diameter of the blood vessel, and a movable part 300 arranged around the guide part 200 that is movable with respect to the guide part 200.
