PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent graft constituted to facilitate the adjustment of the discharge and indwelling of the stent graft with respect to a blood vessel when the stent graft is indwelled in the blood vessel and characterized by securing the good flow of blood even to small blood vessels especially branched from a thoracic aorta.SOLUTION: At least one opening part (65A) is formed in the tubular member (65) covering the stent graft (60) and, more preferably, a first opening part (65A1) is formed in the front side part and a second opening part (65A2) is formed in the rear side part while a third opening part (65A3) is formed in the rear side thereof.
