PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood vessel ablation device excellent in workability of blood vessel harvesting.SOLUTION: A blood vessel ablation device 100M includes a long reinforcement part 220 and a movable part 300 arranged around the reinforcement part 220 that is movable with respect to the reinforcement part 220. The movable part 300 is positioned with respect to the reinforcement part 220 by magnetic repulsive force so as to insert the reinforcement part 220 into a blood vessel.
