The present invention relates to a medical bed and, more specifically, to a medical bed, which is able to easily move a patient to a neighboring bed through lifting and lowering a roll member at a lower side of a mat to enhance psychological stability of the patient and to prevent physical damage to the patient. To this end, the present invention comprises: a frame forming a bed frame； a fixated panel fixated corresponding to the frame and forming a lifting and lowering hole which is vertically penetrated； a mat supported at the fixated panel to be seated； a lifting and lowering panel positioned at a lower side of the fixated panel and including a rolling member corresponding to the lifting and lowering hole； and a lifting and lowering drive unit installed in the frame and generating power for lifting and lowering the lifting and lowering panel to make the rolling member rise through the lifting and lowering hole of the fixated panel.본 발명은 의료용 침대에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 매트 하방에서의 구름부재 승강을 통해 이웃하는 침대로 환자의 이동이 안정적이고 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 함으로써, 환자의 심리적 안정감을 높이고 환자의 육체적 데미지가 발생하지 않도록 한 의료용 침대에 관한 것이다.이를 위해, 침대의 틀을 구성하는 프레임；상기 프레임의 틀에 대응되게 고정되며, 상,하 관통된 승강공이 형성된 고정패널；상기 고정패널에 지지되어 안착된 매트；상기 고정패널의 하방에 위치되며, 상기 승강공에 대응된 구름부재를 포함하는 승강패널；상기 프레임에 설치되며, 상기 승강패널을 승강시키는 동력을 발생하여 상기 고정패널의 승강공을 통해 구름부재를 융기시키는 승강구동부:를 포함하여 구성된 의료용 침대를 제공한다.
