The medical bed includes a lower frame, an upper frame which is detachably installed on the lower frame, a patient support frame which is pivotally mounted to the upper frame to support patient&prime； upper body or lower body and rotates while moving to one side or the other side of the upper frame, and a patient placing unit which is coupled to the patient support frame to allow a patient to lie down.본 발명은 환자의 상체를 세워주거나 눕혀주고, 하체를 올려주거나 내려주는 등의 자세 변경을 안정적으로 진행할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 침대의 높이를 안정되고 용이하게 가변할 수 있도록 하는 의료용 침대에 관한 것으로, 하부 프레임과, 하부 프레임에 탈부착 가능하게 설치되는 상부 프레임과, 환자의 상체 또는 하체를 지지하도록 상부 프레임에 회전가능하게 설치되며 상부 프레임의 일측 또는 타측으로 이동하면서 회전하는 환자 지지 프레임 및 환자가 누울 수 있도록 환자 지지 프레임에 결합되는 환자 안치부를 포함한다.
