A variable type wheelchair is disclosed. The variable type wheelchair according to the present invention includes wheels formed at both left and right sides to be rotatable； a lifting and lowering panel formed at the upper side of the wheels； a seating panel positioned on the upper side of the lifting and lowering panel and formed to enable a patient to be seated； and a lifting and lowering device to lift and lower the lifting and lowering panel at the upper part of the wheels, and has a roller at either the seating panel or the lifting and lowering panel, to enable the seating panel to slide out to one side when the seating panel is adhered to the lifting and lowering panel. The present invention is configured to lift or lower the lifting and lowering panel, together with the seating panel, to adjust the height of the wheelchair to the height of a bed. Also, by having a roller, the seating panel can slide out from the lifting and lowering panel, thus enabling the patient to easily move between the bed and the wheelchair without having to apply too much force.가변형 휠체어가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 가변형 휠체어는, 좌우 양측에서 회전가능하게 형성되는 바퀴； 바퀴 상측에 형성되는 승강패널； 승강패널 상측에 안착되고, 환자가 앉을 수 있도록 이루어지는 착석패널； 및 바퀴 위쪽에서 승강패널을 승강시키는 승강장치 포함하고, 착석패널이 승강패널에 안착된 상태에서 어느 일측으로 이동할 수 있도록, 착석패널과 승강패널 중 어느 하나에는 롤러가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 착석패널과 함께 승강패널이 승강하도록 이루어져 침대의 높이에 맞도록 휠체어의 높이를 조정할 수 있고, 롤러가 형성됨으로써 승강패널을 기준으로 착석패널이 슬라이드 이동할 수 있게 되어, 환자가 침대와 휠체어 사이를 이동하는 경우 무리하게 힘을 가할 필요없이 용이하게 이동할 수 있다.
