The invention discloses an automatic cleaning system for an excrement and a urine from a living body. The automatic cleaning system according to the invention includes an excreta receiving box, an excreta collecting bucket, an electronic control valve, a pump, a water supplying device, a wind supplying device, an excrement sensor, and a control device. When the excrement sensor senses the excrement to send a cleaning signal to the control device, the control device performs at least one cleaning procedure in response to the cleaning signal.
