PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to accurately determine a drivers biological condition while driving a car in accordance with his or her actual biological conditional changes.SOLUTION: The drivers biological condition-determining device records biological signals from an electrocardio-sensor and a pulse wave sensor. Upon determination of the drivers biological condition and in accordance with his or her behavioral information, the device stores his respective biological information obtained during both times when he or she drives a car and stops it on the basis of the biological signals generated at these respective times (S235, S225).
