PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a deterioration in determination accuracy of a driver state even while a vehicle is executing an automatic operation in a driver state determination device capable of using a vehicle signal for determining the driver state.SOLUTION: A driver state determination device comprises: a biological signal acquisition part 402 for acquiring a biological signal received from a wearable device an image acquisition part 403 for acquiring a driver image a vehicle signal acquisition part 404 for acquiring a vehicle signal and a driver state determination part 406 for determining a driver state by using at least any of the biological signal acquired by the biological signal acquisition part 402, the driver image acquired by the image acquisition part 403 and the vehicle signal acquired by the vehicle signal acquisition part.
