When the rotational core base (1) is rotated towards an unlocking direction, a latch bolt (12) is retracted via a transmission member. A center hole (2) is provided at the center of the rotational core base (1). Two or more code tracks (3) are provided at the rotational core base (1) around the center hole (2). The code tracks (3) communicate with both a front side and a rear side of the rotational core base (1), and are arranged in a radial configuration about a center axis of the center hole (2). Code plates (4) are installed in two or more of the code tracks (3). A middle section of each of the code plates (4) is hinged to the rotational core base (1).
