PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a bird nest created at a high place, for example, on an electric pole without breaking the nest.SOLUTION: A tool has an upper claw 2 and a lower claw 3 which are long enough to scoop a bird nest X, and have one end part coupled to the other end part so that the end parts contact/separate from each other.
